Characteristics of ALN ceramics:
1. Excellent thermal conductivity, with theoretical thermal conductivity of 320W · m-1 · K-1, 7~10 times that of aluminum oxide, and equivalent to metal copper and aluminum
2. Excellent mechanical properties, which are equivalent to Al2O3 ceramics
3. Excellent insulation performance, greater than 15KV/cm
4. Thermal expansion coefficient matched with silicon and SiC
5. Non-toxic
6. Good thermal shock resistance
7. Resistance to plasma intrusion
